Jonathan Fremaux
Managing Director
Jon studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics(PPE) at the University of Oxford, before starting in the sales and marketing sector at a rapidly expanding start-up in Manchester. He has worked for nearly twenty years, almost entirely in the professional fundraising sector, and in that time has represented more than fifty different charities ranging from small local causes to enormous international organisations raising in excess of £15 million.
In the 2010’s Jon consulted for a number of professional fundraising companies across the UK, US, Europe and Australia before founding Obsidian Marketing in 2020. Having navigated the challenges of a global pandemic, Obsidian Marketing is now firmly established as one of the regions leading direct sales, promotions and fundraising companies. Since then, Jon’s career has developed into a public speaking and professional training role where he has been asked to speak across the US and UK, and also in Spain and Malaysia.

I grew up in Greece and moved to the UK to become an artist. Ten years ago, i joined the sales industry and fell in love with it. Since then, i have worked in sales, administration, recruitment, events management, and office management.
Outside of work i am normally found Painting, cooking or at the gym.
I have been with Obsidian since we opened in 2020. The most important lesson i have learned is that with a clear goal and focus, success is achievable; sometimes, all it takes is time.

I was born and raised in France and moved to England when I turned 18 for university. After studying and obtaining my Bachelor’s in Psychology, I pursued my Master’s in Occupational Psychology.
I joined Obsidian Marketing in 2025 and worked as a brand ambassador for a few months, but after an unfortunate accident, switched positions to admin.
I couldn’t be happier to have this opportunity; working alongside some of the most inspiring and talented people every day is truly amazing.
Harvey Day
I am passionate about building a strong team and creating new friendships, as I believe working together and supporting others is very important. One of my main hobbies is football, which I enjoy both playing and watching, as it helps me stay active and motivated. I also appreciate working hard and always try to give my best effort in everything I do.
Tallulah-Grace Wright
I am a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete and European Champion, with a deep commitment to continuous self-improvement. At 18, I moved to Dubai, where I had the opportunity to train alongside UFC professionals, further refining my skills in a high-performance environment. Beyond competition, I am passionate about travelling and immersing myself in new cultures, gaining perspective from different ways of living.

Adam Batty
Football has always been a major part of my life, and I’m proud not only to play but also to own my own football team. I also trained at drama school and have developed myself as an actor, building confidence, creativity, and strong communication abilities along the way.

Dan Purves
I’m massively into my sport, especially cricket and darts, and always up for a bit of sporting debate. I studied Criminology at the University of Chichester, which gave me a strong understanding of people and behaviour.
I enjoy having a laugh, but I’m serious about the sales process – building relationships, understanding needs, and getting the right results.

I started my journey in beauty therapy, drawn to helping people feel confident and cared for, but along the way, I discovered something new: the world of sales.

Jack Flint
I have a strong passion for staying active and spending time outdoors, particularly through rock climbing and hiking, which challenge me both physically and mentally. I also enjoy walking my dogs, as it allows me to unwind and maintain balance outside of my professional commitments. These activities help me stay focused, resilient, and connected to nature, while reinforcing the importance of discipline, consistency, and personal wellbeing.
Jacob Ford
I enjoy travel and cultural exploration. This year, I will be visiting Spain, Japan, and Jamaica. These experiences allow me to deepen my appreciation for diverse cultures, languages, landmarks, and geography. I am currently studying Japanese and aspire to achieve fluency in the future, with plans to pursue Spanish as well.
One of my long-term goals is to establish my own business and eventually relocate abroad. While I am still exploring potential destinations, I am particularly interested in opportunities in Texas or Melbourne.
Bonnie Scott
I love spending my time exploring the world through solo travel, as it gives me a sense of independence and adventure while allowing me to grow and experience new cultures.
When I’m not traveling, I enjoy expressing myself through fashion and makeup. Fashion lets me showcase my personality and creativity through different styles, while makeup feels like art; a fun and empowering way to enhance my look and match my mood. Together, these hobbies help me feel confident, creative, and inspired.
George Muirhead
I enjoy exploring new opportunities and stepping outside my comfort zone, whether that means trying something new or taking on exciting challenges. I’m naturally social and love connecting with people, sharing ideas, and building meaningful relationships.
Staying active is also a big part of my life, I regularly work out and enjoy keeping fit, as it helps me stay energised and focused. In my downtime, I love listening to music, which keeps me motivated and adds a soundtrack to my everyday moments.
Nicolas Sinclair
I am born and raised in South Africa. Having played professional hockey, I developed a strong sense of determination, teamwork and focus that continues to shape my professional approach.
In my spare time, I enjoy building model aircraft, a hobby that combines precision and creativity. I also speak several languages, which enables me to communicate confidently across diverse cultures and environments.

I’m passionate about music and enjoy listening to a wide range of artists and genres. I also love visiting castles and exploring historic places, which gives me the chance to learn more about the stories and history behind them.
When I’m not doing that, you’ll often find me out exploring on walks, browsing thrift shops, and searching for unique finds. These interests allow me to unwind while discovering new places and experiences.
Ishana Petrie
I previously owned and operated a beauty business specialising in lash extensions and brow services. Since then, I have transitioned into my current role within the industry, which I find highly rewarding and enjoyable.
Outside of my professional life, I have a strong appreciation for fashion and enjoy dressing up, dining at aesthetically pleasing restaurants, and capturing these experiences taking photos. I also value self-care, particularly indulging in spa days. One of my favourite leisure activities is a day spent shopping.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time on a few hobbies that keep me both relaxed and active. I’m a big fan of fishing and appreciate the chance to switch off and spend some time by the water.
